· Open Kitchen up.
o Have Island with 2 Bar Stools. Back of Island facing living area will be tiled with nice quality cobalt blue tiles.
o Take cabinets against wall in kitchen all way to ceiling. No cabinets or lowered ceiling above island.
o Have Crystal Lights – Same as store – above island. Cobalt & Grey Crystals.
o Walls of kitchen to be grey.
o Cabinets to be white.
o Island to be wood counter.
o Is it possible to have stove in island facing out? Or corner facing out?
o Have slightly recessed ceiling in kitchen with wall paper – cobalt blue pattern. Not heavy.
o Stainless steel stove – small apartment size.
o Stainless steel fridge – small apartment size. Freezer on bottom.
o Recessed lights under cabinets above counter/cooking area.
o Sink – Big .
o Sink – something above it. Wooden Deer Head – Roost?
o With Wooden frame around it.
o Small Dishwasher – one drawer?
· Storage area at back of apartment.
o Open by Front Door to shoe shelves. Different height to accommodate different styles of shoes.
§ Higher at bottom for boots. Shelves for beautiful heels at eye level. Higher levels for shoes out of season.
§ Shoe shelves are to be white.
§ Back Drop to Shoe Shelves is same wall paper as kitchen ceiling.

o Back of Kitchen?
§ Mirror in front of desk..
§ Minimalist.
§ Light colours to keep it bright.
· Ice Blue + white
§ Doors will swing out.
§ On doors can be magnet boards, chalk boards or cork boards.
§ Nice small lamp.
§ White file cabinet on wills.
§ White rolling chair.

§ Shelves go high for storage of important documents.
§ Small shelves perfect for organizing bills. Each shelf can be labeled.

§ Or office area can be open – better idea. With shelves behind cabinet doors – identical to kitchen. Can have wall paper with mirror

· Plain Grey Tile with light grey grout.
Rest of Apartment will be same wood floor throughout
